If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in new condition and original packaging, within 30 days for a refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (and sales tax if applicable.) If the return is due to our error, we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement. In addition, most of our products have a 1 year free replacement warranty from manufacturers defect.
For returns within 30 days we will exchange or replace the product purchased. Returns more than 30 days beyond date of sale will be handled by manufacturers warranty and will incur a small shipping and handling fee.
- Email email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will send you an RMA slip via email.
- Print out the return label, affix it to your package and send it to us using a traceable shipper. Please note: As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as UPS or the USPS using delivery confirmation.
- Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued.
If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
